Robert Swearingen, the firm’s founder and principal, has been a practicing attorney for over twenty years. He is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law and was the Beatrice Bess Jones Outstanding Management Graduate at Stephen F. Austin University having graduated number one in that field. Mr. Swearingen and his firm represents clients that range from individuals to multi-million dollar companies. Mr. Swearingen also currently serves as a Board Member of the Bryan Planning and Zoning Commision
Byron Thompson has worked with Mr. Swearingen for over seven years. Mr. Thompson graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University and he is also a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
In addition to paralegal training, the firm’s staff includes a background of working for over seven years in the Brazos County District Clerk’s Office which allows the firm to not only have trained professionals to serve its clients but also the intimate knowledge of the inside workings of the very offices in which the most important cases are filed.
